RefoundMoney · Tariff Refund Desk

$126 billion is being refunded to businesses like yours.

If you imported goods between Feb 2025 and Feb 2026, you paid the tariff the Supreme Court just ruled illegal. Refunds with interest are flowing right now — you’re owed money back. Not a percentage deal, $449 flat, and the money is 100% yours.

The refund window, plainly live

Every entry lands in one of three buckets — and each bucket runs on its own clock. The $449 report sorts yours for you, entry by entry, in writing.

1
Your entries still openCBP hasn’t finalized these yet. We correct them before it does — the easiest refunds in any file, and usually the biggest dollars.
Easiest
2
Recently finalizedA 180-day refund clock started the day CBP finalized the entry (their word: “liquidated”). This is where DIY recovery dies — the report dates every clock for you.
Clock running
3
Locked in — court path onlyOnly the court order reopens these, and that order is still on appeal. We never promise this bucket — the report shows exactly which entries land here, so nothing gets guessed.

What we actually do

1
FindYour ES-003 import history → every IEEPA tariff line, the dollars per entry, the interest already accruing on it.
2
SortBuckets 1/2/3 per entry: correct-before-final / protest-or-CAPE before day 180 / litigation-only. Plus the layer-check: your §301 China and §232 steel duties are NOT refundable — we separate them so nobody wastes money claiming those.
3
BuildYour CAPE filing file, pre-populated and checked. The ACH enrollment walkthrough. The interest table. The deadline calendar dated from YOUR liquidation dates.
4
You submitYou (or your broker) file — we never file as your agent. Afterward: 60 days of watching your refund land, tranche by tranche, included free for year one.
What this desk will never do
  • Take a percentage of your refund. Flat fees only — the refund is entirely yours.
  • Promise an outcome on final-liquidated entries — that bucket depends on a pending appeal, and anyone promising it is selling what CBP can't deliver yet.
  • Touch your ACE login or bank info. You enroll and submit; we prepare everything you'd click.
  • Claim §301 (China) or §232 duties are refundable. They're not. Anyone who files for those is filing noise.
  • Give legal advice — this is document preparation. Filing via CAPE is free to do yourself; you're paying us not to get it wrong.
Small importer? (Under ~30 entries.) Your existing broker can often file a CAPE declaration for about $125 per entry — and below roughly 8 entries, that's likely cheaper than our packet. The $449 report tells you that in writing — the honest verdict is part of the product. If your entries were filed under a broker's filer code (UPS World Ease customers: this is you), only that broker can file right now — we have a $249 demand letter that makes them act, with your deadlines attached.

Bookkeepers and trade consultants: tariff exposure is a client-service question — batch and partner inquiries welcome (15 questions → one exposure list for all clients).
